Any person/persons accessing our website will agree to be bound to our Terms & Conditions.  In addition, by validating the Terms & Conditions box on the registration form, you also agree and accept our Terms and Conditions.
 
From time to time, it may be necessary to change any part of our Terms & Conditions without prior notice but if you continue to use our site, you will therefore be bound by any changes.  We suggest you check for any alterations occasionally.
 
 
We have created a Database, for any third party to use, to advertise your services on and to show information as per the registration form – please see our Privacy Policy.  We also display advertising, press releases, general information pages etc, that is or could be useful to person/persons in the sub contracting industry.  Our Terms & Conditions do not apply to any sites/contents provided by these others.  Our display advertising is a different rate from the database, please contact us for more details.
 
3  The user may download the material electronically, print extracts and make copies of these for its own personal and non-commercial use only.  This does not include downloading, storing, transmitting, publishing, displaying, copying or distributing the material or extracts from it in a structured manner or creating a database in any form comprising all or part of the material.
 
When filling in the Registration Form or when changing, correcting or upgrading your information through your personal online user ID password, we will not be liable or responsible for any mistakes made by yourselves.  However, should we notice any errors, we will at the first instance contact you. 
 
1  All users shall keep user ID passwords and any other log-in details strictly confidential and secure.  The user should notify subbiesworld.co.uk immediately if any unauthorised use comes to its attention.
 
2  subbiesworld.co.uk reserves the right to prohibit access by person/s to subbiesworld.co.uk at its sole discretion at which time the agreement will terminate.
 
3.  Any content/material submitted by the User will not be offensive, obscene or defamatory in any way.  The User warrants to subbiesworld.co.uk that this is the case.
 
We are not liable or responsible for the quality of workmanship of any of the person/persons on this site, it is up to the person/persons contacting them to make their own decisions.  You use subbiesworld.co.uk at your own risk.
 
4  subbiesworld.co.uk or its representatives do not endorse or in any respect warrant any third party products or services by virtue of any advertisement, information, material or content referred to or included on, or linked from or to subbiesworld.co.uk
 
It is at times necessary to register some sub contractors who maybe do not have access to the internet by a manual form which will be similar to our registration form and will show our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on the reverse.
 
The period for which you have signed up is indicated on your invoice.  If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time by e-mailing us with your details.  However, refunds are at the managements discretion due to the nature of the service.
