We have created a Database, for any third party to view, to advertise your services on and to show information as per the registration form - please see our Privacy Policy.  We also display advertising, press releases, general information pages etc, that is or could be useful to person/persons in the sub contracting industry.  Our Terms and Conditions do not apply to any sites/contents provided by these or others.  Our display advertising is a different rate from the database, please contact us for more details.

When filling in the registration form or when changing, correcting or upgrading your information through your personal online user ID password, we will not be liable or responsible for any mistakes made by yourselves.  However, should we notice any errors, we will at the first instance contact you.

We are not liable or responsible for the quality of workmanship of any of the person/persons on this site, it is up to the person/persons contacting them to make their own decisions.  You use subbiesworld.co.uk purely at your own risk.

It is at times necessary to register some sub contractors who maybe do not have access to the Internet, by a manual form which will be similar to our registration form and will show our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the reverse.

The period for which you have signed up is indicated on your Invoice.  If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time by e-mailing us with your details.  However, refunds are at the management's discretion due to the nature of the service.

Should you wish not to continue your advertisement after the contract period, the onus is with you to cancel the FuturePay (WorldPay) activation.

On no account shall we be responsible or liable for any consequential, economic or indirect loss of revenue.
